This is the third collection, following “Flute Duo Masterpieces 25 vol.1” and “Flute Duo Masterpieces 25 vol.2”.
　The world is full of fascinating works, not only for the flute, but also for orchestra, piano, opera, and more.
　It is only natural that we, as players, would like to try to play such works. Have you ever looked for music scores when the idea strikes you, tried them out if you could find them, and if they didn’t suit your technique or register, you gave up.
　Based on my many personal experiences, the concept of these collections is consistent with how the originals are reduced to the form of a flute duet and made possible for performance.
　Unlike chordal instruments and large ensembles, the duet only has a maximum of two notes that overlap. Trying to figure out how to express the world in the smallest overlap, to get close to the original piece, or to experience the appeal of the piece from a different angle, is one of the most exciting aspects of flute playing, and the pursuit of the ideal with maximum imagination is a perennial theme.
