Chapter 1: General Provisions

Article 1 – Definitions

  • These Terms: Refers to these Terms of Use.

  • Store Operator: The individual or entity operating the online store using our services.

Purchasers must promptly notify us of any changes to registered information. Orders already processed before the update will be handled based on the information at the time of ordering.

  3. If payment is made via credit card, the purchaser must comply with the terms of their card issuer. Disputes with credit card companies are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  4. If the delivery of a product fails due to refusal, long-term absence, or unclear address, we are deemed to have fulfilled our delivery obligations by attempting contact and shipping to the designated address.
